OLD FASHIONED RICE PUDDING 
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Little salt

Cook rice, Add milk and boil about 5 minutes until it looks creamy. Remove and slowly add milk and rice mixture to the rest of ingredients which have been combined in a bowl. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg or both. Place casserole in a pan containing 1 inch hot water. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes.
