OLD FASHIONED RICE PUDDING 
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
Nutmeg
Cinnamon

To cooked rice add milk and raisins and boil gently, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens slightly (about 5 minutes).

Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla in bowl. Gradually stir in rice mixture. Mix well. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole sprayed with pam. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Place casserole in a pan containing about 1-inch water. Bake uncovered 45-50 minutes in 350 degree oven (or until knife inserted in center comes out clean).
