CRISPY HERBED BAKED CHICKEN 
2/3 c. instant potatoes
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 chicken, cut up
1/3 c. butter

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease large baking pan; set aside. Meanwhile, combine instant potatoes, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and garlic salt in bowl; mix well. Dip chicken pieces in butter; roll in potato mixture to coat. Place in greased pan.

Bake at 375°F for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.

Makes 4 servings.
