CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (3-4 lb.) whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces
2/3 cup dry potato flakes (instant)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease casserole dish.

In a medium bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Stir until well mixed.

Dip chicken pieces into melted butter and roll into potato flakes. Place into prepared dish.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F on meat thermometer.
