OVEN FRIED SCALLOPS 
1 lb. scallops
1 egg
3/4 c. Italian Seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. cold water

Wipe scallops dry dip in egg and water wash, then in the crumbs, finally in the melted butter. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
