OVEN "FRIED" SCALLOPS 
For each pound of scallops:

2 egg whites
2 tbsp. corn oil
5 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
Lemon juice
1 tsp. paprika

Fork blend egg whites and oil. Roll scallops in egg whites, then in bread crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet which has been sprayed with no fat cooking spray. Sprinkle with lemon juice and paprika. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes without turning. Serve immediately with Low Cal Tartar Sauce.

LOW CAL TARTAR SAUCE (but high in sodium) :

Mix equal amounts of reduced calorie mayonnaise and well drained dill pickle relish. A little hot mustard or lemon juice can also be added. Yield: 1 pound makes 2 or 3 servings.
