SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. cooked and flaked salmon
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Combine salmon, crumbs, onion, butter, salt, milk, and eggs. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

SAUCE:

Cook 2 tablespoons green onion in 3 tablespoons butter until tender. Blend in 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash of pepper. Add 1 1/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles and thickens.
