SALMON LOAF 
2 cans salmon
2 eggs
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley
2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 or more tsp. butter

Mix all ingredients together. Reserve 1/2 cup bread crumbs to sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Pour a white sauce over it.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked green peas
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 jar pimientos (optional)

Melt butter in small saucepan, add flour, salt and stir in milk until smooth. Add peas and pimientos just before serving.
