QUICK SALMON LOAF 
1 lg. can salmon
3 slices bread
1 egg
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
Onion, chopped

Heat milk; pour over slices of bread; chop up with wooden spoon. Add salmon, chopped onion, and egg. Mix well to a sloppy consistency. Grease pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes until brown.

SAUCE:

Cream of mushroom soup, thinned with milk and heated.
