QUICK SALMON PATTIES 
1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon
1 egg
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. oil for frying

In mixing bowl, combine salmon, eggs and onion. Stir in flour, baking powder. Form in small balls. Shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with tarter sauce. Serves 4-6.
