MOCK HEATH BARS 
35 saltine crackers
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Lightly grease jelly roll pan and line with crackers making sure they touch on all sides. Boil brown sugar and butter for about 1 minute; remove from burner and add baking soda. Pour over crackers. Bake in oven for 8 minutes on 375 degrees. Remove from oven.

Sprinkle chocolate chips on top evenly and put in oven for 1 minute. Remove and spread over crackers evenly. Sprinkle nuts on top. Refrigerate until firm. Cut in squares.
