CANDY CRUNCH (LIKE HEATH BARS) 
Line jelly roll pan with tin foil (11 x 17 inch pan). Put a single layer of soda crackers on bottom of pan over foil.

Combine 2 sticks of butter and 1 cup light brown sugar in a pan. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes, no more.

Pour 12 ounces chocolate chips on top. Place back in oven for a few minutes. Spread chocolate chips all around with the back of a spoon. Cool and break up.
