HEATH BAR CANDY 
1 c. sugar
Saltine crackers
2 sticks BUTTER (must be butter)
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Line bottom of 10 x 15 inch pan with aluminum foil. Place a single layer of Saltine crackers on bottom.

Bring butter and sugar to a boil. Cook until clear. Pour over Saltines and place in oven at 350 degrees. Bake until golden brown.

Remove from oven and pour chocolate chips on top (chips will melt). Spread evenly with spoon.

Let cool, then refrigerate 1 hour. Break up pieces as you would peanut brittle.
