NOODLES WITH BLEU CHEESE 
10 oz. noodles or fettucini
1/4 lb. Bleu or Gorgonzola or Roquefort cheese, room temperature (may also combine all cheeses)
1/4 c. whipping cream or half & half
Fresh ground black pepper
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese

Boil the pasta (add a pinch of salt in the water). Crumble the cheese and mix it with the cream and pepper. Drain the pasta and place it in a frying pay. Add the cheese mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot with grated cheese topping.
