NOODLE, BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. fine egg noodles
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
6 c. milk
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1/2 lb. cheddar

Heat butter in large pan. Add onion and saute for 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes. Let bouillon dissolve. Gradually add noodles and salt as it continues to boil for 3 more minutes. Stir in broccoli and garlic powder. Cook 4 more minutes. Add milk, cheese, and pepper and continue cooking until cheese melts. Makes very large amount.
