NOODLE BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
6 c. chicken broth
4 c. fine noodles, 8 oz.
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, 24 oz.
1 clove garlic
6 c. milk
16 oz. grated American cheese
Dash salt and pepper

Simmer onions and butter. Add chicken broth, bring to boil. Cook noodles in broth until almost tender. Add broccoli. Add milk, heat thoroughly. Add cheese. Cook until cheese melts.
