NOODLE BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
2 tbsp. oil or butter
3/4 c. onion, chopped
6 c. chicken broth
8 oz. pkg. of noodles
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 clove garlic
6 c. milk
1 lb. cheese
Pepper
Cornstarch

Saute onions in oil over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add chicken broth and heat to boiling. Gradually add noodles and salt, broth continues to boil. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in broccoli and garlic. Cook 4 minutes more. Add milk, cheese and pepper. Continue cooking until cheese melts. If soup is thin, mix cornstarch with a little water and add to soup.
