BUTTER HORNS 
1/2 lb. sweet butter
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 c. flour
Sugar
Cinnamon
Golden raisins
Finely chopped pecans

Mix sweet butter and cream cheese together. Add egg yolk and 2 1/2 cups of flour; mix well. Put dough mixture into plastic baggies, close tightly and place in refrigerator overnight.

Using a rolling pin and a small amount of flour so dough doesn't stick, roll out small amounts of the dough. Use a small juice glass to cut out circles. Roll out the circles. On the rolled out circles of dough sprinkle sugar and cinnamon. In the center put finely chopped pecans and golden raisins. Roll the cookie up (pinching the flap and the ends closed), and shape like a crescent. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
