BUTTER--NUT HORNS 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour, sifted
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sour cream

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped fine

Cut butter into flour, as for pie crust. Combine egg yolk and sour cream, add to flour mixture until blended. Form into a ball and wrap in Saran wrap, chill for several hours or overnight.

Divide into 4 portions and roll each into a circle about 15 inches in diameter. Cut into 4 portions. Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts, sprinkle on each wedge of dough. Roll each wedge starting from the outside. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 375 degree oven about 20 minutes until delicately brown.
