1 lb. butter 1 lb. cottage cheese 1/4 c. sugar 5 c. flour Choice of desired fillings Mix together the butter, cottage cheese, sugar and flour by hand. Form dough into small balls. Roll out in powdered sugar. Fill as desired. Bake in a 325 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes. (Make 100 to 105 balls.) | |
