BUTTER HORNS 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1 egg yolk
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

1. Blend together flour and butter.

2. Beat sour cream and egg yolk together.

3. Add sour cream and egg to flour and butter mixture; mix well.

4. Chill dough at least 1 hour...may be left overnight.

5. Divide dough into 1/3's. (Use 1/3 dough at a time.) On a well floured board roll out dough.

6. Sprinkle dough with 1/3 of the cinnamon and sugar mixture.

7. Cut dough into 16 pie shape pieces. Roll pieces from wide end to narrow end into "horns".

8. Repeat with remaining dough. Bake at 375 degrees about 15 minutes. Yields: 48 cookies.
