TANGY MARINATED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork loin chops (8 oz. each), cut 1 inch thick
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 tbsp. steak sauce
3 tbsp. dry sherry
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

In screw top jar, combine all ingredients except pork chops. Shake well. Place chops in 8 inch square baking dish, with meaty areas to the edge and "tails" to the center. Pour marinade over chops. Marinate 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator, spooning marinade over occasionally. Drain chops, reserving marinade. Cook, covered with clear plastic wrap, at Medium High for 15 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn once. Drain. Pour marinade over chops and cook, covered at Medium High for 5 minutes or until pork is done. Makes 4 servings.
