MARINATED IOWA PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
1/2 c. salad or olive oil (optional)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire
1/3 c. ReaLemon juice
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Place pork chops in Ziploc bag or in a shallow pan. Poke with fork.

Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chops. "Soak" for at least 12 hours, but no longer than 24. Turn chops 2 or 3 times.

Drain marinade and discard. Grill chops until juices come up from meat.
