MARINATED BARBECUE PORK CHOPS 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 to 8 loin or rib pork chops (1-inch thick)
3 cloves garlic, crushed (optional)

Combine first 6 ingredients in shallow baking dish. Add meat to marinade. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

Remove chops and place 4 to 5 inches from the coals on a grill. Grill over slow to medium coals form 30 to 45 minutes until no longer pink, turning and basting occasionally. Serves 6 to 8.
