BUTTER HORNS 
DOUGH:

3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cut butter into dry ingredients. Make a well. Add egg, sour cream, vanilla and blend well, kneading slightly. Make 4 balls of dough and roll each out like a pie. Sprinkle filling over dough. Cut into 16 wedges, then roll into the center of wedge.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Grease pans lightly. When cool sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
