COTTAGE CHEESE BUTTER HORNS 
1 c. butter
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Blend above ingredients. Chill overnight. Divide into 4 parts and roll out as for pie crust. Cut into wedges. Roll up. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Ice with: 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. milk
