1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. pkg. powdered sugar
1 stick butter

Melt butter, pour into bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan. Pour in yellow cake mix, and 1 egg. Mix together in pan, then pat into bottom of pan.

Mix in bowl: cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs. Beat with mixer for 1 minute. Spread over pan mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when almost cool.
