FIVE LAYER POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 med. onions, sliced
1/2 lb. lean ground beef, browned
8 med. potatoes, cooked and sliced
1 c. frozen corn, cooked
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

In a non stick 9 x 13 inch pan, layer the following: sliced onions, lean ground beef, sliced precooked potatoes, cooked frozen or canned corn and cream of mushroom soup combined with 1 soup can water.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

There are as many variations to this basic recipe as there are vegetables. Replace the corn with peas, broccoli, zucchini, carrots, or you name it. Serve hot. Serves 8.
