POTATO LAYER CASSEROLE 
1 baking dish
6 to 7 white potatoes
2 pkg. saltine crackers
Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
3/4 c. milk
Parsley flakes
1/4 stick butter

Spread butter on bottom of baking dish with butter. Line bottom of dish with 1/2 of cracker crumbs and then add a layer of potatoes to a little less than half way. Add to this remaining cracker crumbs, spread evenly.

Cover with remaining potatoes, sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper. Then add milk until 1/4 way from top of dish. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and add parsley flakes for decoration. Ready to serve while hot.
