LAYERED POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 onions, sliced
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
5 med. potatoes, diced
1 can corn or 2 c. frozen
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Spray a casserole dish with a no-stick spray. In the bottom place sliced onion. Add second layer of browned ground beef. Layer potatoes over beef for third layer. Put corn over potatoes for fourth layer. Put soup over top of corn. Bake, covered in a 375 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
