GAZELLE HORNS 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter

FILLING:

Mix together:

2 tsp. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tsp. orange juice

Sift flour with salt. Cut in butter until size of peas. Sprinkle water over mixture, toss with fork until dough clings together.

To form horns: Roll into rectangle 1/8 inch thick. Cut diagonally into strips 2 inches apart forming diamonds. Fill each with 1 teaspoon filling. Moisten edges of dough with milk, fold over and seal. Brush with beaten eggs. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes and roll in powdered sugar. Makes 3 dozen of the best cookies you've ever tasted.
