VICKI'S PECAN SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 (2 oz.) jar shredded dried beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion or onion flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter

Mix cheese, milk, beef, green pepper, onions, salt, pepper and sour cream. Pour into baking cups (I use Pyrex dishes). Stir pecans into melted butter and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. I make ahead of time and give them as special gifts at Christmas. I also use red and green peppers to add color.
