1 med. orange
1 c. pecans
2 1/2 c. light raisins
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Quarter and seed orange. In food processor, finely chop orange and nuts. Add 1/2 of the mayonnaise and raisins, process, then the remainder and process until well mixed.

Chill covered. Can be frozen up to 3 months. Serve with crackers or with celery stalks.
