PECAN-RAISIN SPREAD | |
4 med. oranges 1 c. broken pecans 2 1/2 c. light raisins 3/4 c. mayonnaise Celery sticks Assorted crackers Quarter and seed unpeeled oranges. In food processor, finely chop nuts and oranges. Add half of the raisins and all mayonnaise. Cover and process until raisins are chopped. Add remaining raisins, cover and process until raisins are chopped. Place in covered container and chill. Spread on celery or crackers. Makes 3 1/2 cups. May be made by running nuts, oranges and raisins through food grinder and adding mayonnaise. |
