EASY SAUSAGE PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. roll sausage
3/4 c. chopped onions
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 jar thick spaghetti sauce
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 green pepper, cut into thin rings
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease baking pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 2 inch. Cook sausage; add onion. Stir until sausage is done. Drain off grease. Mix baking mix and water until batter is formed. Spread batter in pan that has been well greased. Spread spaghetti sauce carefully over batter. Top with sausage mixture and arrange olives, mushrooms, and pepper over sausage. Add cheese over entire top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crust is brown. Should have 12 servings unless you have a son like Shane. Then there is only one serving.
