GRITS AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 c. grits
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt

Cook as directed.

1 lb. pork sausage
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. thyme
4-5 eggs
1 c. milk

Brown sausage, while grits cook. Stir cheese into cooked grits. Beat eggs and milk, add 1/2 cup hot grits to egg mixture. Mix with the grits and cheese mixture; Worcestershire sauce, thyme, sausage and egg mixture.

Spray 9 1/2 x 15 inch baking dish with Pam. Pour mixture into dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until lightly brown.
