FRESH FRUIT SALAD 
4-5 large delicious apples (peeled, cored and chopped)
8 medium firm bananas (sliced)
1 medium size can pineapple chunks
1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
2 c. green grapes, whole

Dressing:

2 (5 1/2 oz.) cans pure apricot nectar
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix dressing until all the ingredients are dissolved. Cook on stove top until sauce thickens. Chill. Mix with fruit.
