FRESH FRUIT SALAD WITH HONEY
GINGER DRESSING
 
1 cup yogurt, sour cream, or buttermilk
1-2 tbsp. honey, or to taste

Chilled fresh fruit, chopped (or frozen, thawed)
1/4-1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4-1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix (yogurt, sour cream, or buttermilk), honey, ginger and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Pour dressing over fruit or set on the side with a spoon.
