FRESH FRUIT SALAD WITH LEMON
SHERRY DRESSING
 
DRESSING:

2 or 3 lemons (1/2 c.)
1/3 c. sugar (or Sugar Twin)
1/4 c. dry sherry
1/4 tsp. salt

Early in day, squeeze and strain lemon juice to make 1/2 cup. Add other ingredients, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Chill. 30 minutes before serving, add to fruit and toss gently.

FRUIT:

Any combination that you prefer may be used as long as it measures about 2 quarts for the above dressing recipe.

SUMMER: Strawberries, peaches, blueberries, green grapes, fresh pineapple, melon, etc.

WINTER: Apples, pears, oranges, bananas, etc.
