FRUIT SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour, rounded
2 eggs, beaten
Grated rind and juice of 1 orange
1/2 rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 pt. cream, whipped

Blend sugar and flour. Stir in eggs. Add the rind and juice of the orange and lemon, and the pineapple juice. Stir and cook until thick. When cool, add the whipped cream.
