BEST BEEF TIPS | |
Beef tips 2 beef bouillon cubes 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. onion powder 2 cups water Optional gravy: 1/4 cup (or more) all-purpose flour Seasoned water from beef tips Heat water in microwave to almost boiling and dissolve beef bouillon cubes in it. Add salt, pepper, and onion powder. Stir. Dump beef tips in crockpot, pour in seasoned water, and stir. Cook on high for 4 hours. Optional gravy: Use slotted spoon to remove beef tips from crock pot. Add 1/4 cup flour and stir with wire whisk to remove lumps. Slowly add more flour till desired consistency is reached. Serve with beef tips over rice. Submitted by: Susan Morrow |
