LEMON BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 c. salad oil
3 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
4 eggs, unbeaten
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
5 heaping tsp. poppy seed

Mix ingredients together. Beat at medium speed 3 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Divide mixture into 2 bread loaf pans and bake 40-45 minutes. Mix lemon juice and sugar for glaze and drizzle over bread.
