EGGLESS ZUCCHINI BROWNIES | |
2 c. flour 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. cocoa 1/2 c. nuts; optional 1/4 c. oil 2 c. finely grated zucchini 2 tsp. vanilla Mix first 6 ingredients together. Add oil, zucchini, and vanilla. Mix by hand until moistened. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool before cutting. |
