CAROL'S IMPERIAL GRAPES 
2 lbs. seedless grapes, red or white or both
1 c. sour cream
Cordial to taste, Creme de Cocoa, Swiss chocolate, Amaretto or similar Cordial

Wash and dry the grapes after plucking them from stems. Wrap in turkish toweling to dry...this will insure against diluting the sour cream mixture. Stir the cordial of your choice into the sour cream and just enough to suit your taste, about 1/4 cup. Serve chilled as a dessert, with chopped nuts or shaved chocolate sprinkled over top. You can also serve in individual chocolate cups, or pastry cups.
