QUICK PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
1 c. chunk style peanut butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg

Combine above in small mixing bowl. Stir until well blended. Spread evenly in an ungreased 8x8 square microwave dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes or until no longer doughy; rotating dish once.

Sprinkle with 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips. Let stand a few minutes to soften chocolate, spread evenly. Cool completely, cut into bars. About 20 bars. 145 calories each.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
