QUICK PEANUT BUTTER BARS | |
1 c. chunk style peanut butter 1 c. packed brown sugar 1 egg Combine above in small mixing bowl. Stir until well blended. Spread evenly in an ungreased 8x8 square microwave dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes or until no longer doughy; rotating dish once. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips. Let stand a few minutes to soften chocolate, spread evenly. Cool completely, cut into bars. About 20 bars. 145 calories each. |
