QUICK PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 egg
1/3 c. water
1 box yellow cake mix

Place peanut butter, egg, water, and on half of dry cake mix in large mixing bowl, mix thoroughly. Add remaining dry mix, mix, using hands if necessary. Roll into 1 inch balls with hands, place on ungreased baking sheet, 2 to 3 inches apart. Flatten with fork dipped into flour. Bake at 385 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool 1 to 2 minutes before removing from pan. Yields: 5 dozen cookies.
