IMPOSSIBLE HAM 'N SWISS PIE 
2 c. diced fully cooked ham
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onion
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Place ham and cheese on plate. Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth - about 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour over ham and cheese. Bake until golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
