3/4 to 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
2 c. cut-up fully cooked ham
1/3 c. chopped green onion or chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
Salt and pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inch. Sprinkle ham, cheese, broccoli, and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds. Pour into pan. (Use cookie sheet under pie plate.) Bake until golden, 35 to 40 minutes. (Knife inserted in center should come out clean.) Cool 5 minutes. (2 recipes make three 9 inch pies.) 6 servings.
