HAM AND BROCCOLI QUICHE | |
1 (15 oz.) Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust 1 1/2 c. cooked ham 6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Swiss cheese 1 c. frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained 4 eggs 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 375°F. Prepare crust as directed on package using 9 inch glass pie dish. Layer ham and cheese in crust. Line pan with broccoli (be sure it is thoroughly dried on paper towels). Combine all remaining ingredients. Beat well. Pour over broccoli. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6. |
