IMPOSSIBLE HAM 'N SWISS PIE 
2 c. cooked ham
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Swiss
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. Bisquick

Sprinkle ham, cheese in bottom of pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over ham and cheese. Bake until golden brown, about 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 6 servings.
